THE FRUSTRATIONS OF A 'SCAMMED' JOB SEEKER

In my ongoing investigation on the criminal job racketeering syndicate ran by a serving commissioner in Imo State, I met a young lady whose story touches the heart. Lady X graduated from Alvan Ikoku College of Education some seven years before 2013, with a B.Ed in English Language. Her mother whose sweat saw her through school died about one year after she left school. And for the next six years, she walked from street to street and travelled from one city to another seeking for job, attending job interviews yet, she got no job. Her younger siblings looked up to her, but she had nothing to help them with, yet, she tried but couldn't thrive. Sometime last year, her friend told her of an opportunity to be recruited into the Imo State School System. She was happy that there was at last an opening somewhere, but was handicapped with the 150 thousand Naira she was asked to pay for the job. She was confident about the job because the son of a serving Commissioner was the person collecting this money. She went from place to place, begging and borrowing and finally sold some of her valuables in order to raise this money. She paid and after some weeks she got her appointment letter as a teacher. She was elated and didn't waste any time before relocating to the village where her new school is located. Five months down the line, my lady friend is yet to get any salary from the IMSG. She has kept feeding like a beggar and the Commissioner and her son are doing little to help her sort out her salary issues. She is afraid that something may be fishing somewhere because the number with which she usually contacted the Commissioner's has been switched off. Racketeering is criminal. STOP IT NOW, KA IMO WEE DI MMA OZO! MORE DETAILS LOADING, WATCH THIS WALL.
