In recent weeks Imo state university has been hot with the recent out burst of fraternal war, between the black axe and the vikings confraternity. Information reaching imsurealgist was that a student was shot and killed at Mbonu ojike around item street yesterday around 4pm as a result of stray bullet, but before then there has been shootings at front gate, aladinma, backgate, okwu uratta, mbonu ojike. this is coming up at a time where final year students are taking their final exams making it very difficult for students to go on with there final exams as everybody is applying caution to avoid being hit. as at the time of this report a hostel opposite extention gate known as donceon hostel was attacked and a student was shot , but no report yet about his safety.
